Anxiety can also hinder creative expression. Interestingly, anxiety can be self-perpetuating - it can develop in order to produce more anxiety. However, there is a lot of energy in anxiety that can be transformed into a driving force. This energy can be used to complete projects, start new ones that have been put off, or even prevent harmful actions. Overcoming anxiety can lead to personal growth, as it requires the development of new skills to succeed in challenging situations. In order to do this, it is important to become familiar with anxiety and understand its message.
