Panic attack

18/09/2023

Have you ever experienced a panic attack? It happens suddenly but is usually the result of long-term psychological stress and is often the result of PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). The pulse increases, the head feels "black", the person loses consciousness, the body trembles, many times "freezes" and cannot move, and some people faint. This can cause great anxiety for those affected and can have serious consequences. For example: isolation and restricted freedom of movement, fear of leaving home or going to certain places for fear of panic. This in turn can lead to depression.
